Public procurement disputes

Challenges within the award procedure and disputes arising from performance of the public contract.

A public procurement procedure runs to deadlines of a few days, and a challenge brought late cannot be rescued by arguments on the merits. Useful involvement therefore begins when the tender documents are published, not after the result is announced.

We review the tender documents and the qualification requirements, prepare preliminary notices and challenges before the National Council for Solving Complaints or, as the case may be, before the court, together with appeals against its decisions. We also assist during performance of the contract, where contract amendments, penalties and disputed acceptance arise.
